Text gradients

Jitter now lets you bring typography to life with gradients! Create custom color blends and bring them to life with smooth gradient transitions — perfect for bold titles and branded typography.

Here’s how to get started with text gradients:

1. Select a text layer on the canvas.
2. To fill a text with a gradient, make sure you're in the Design tab and click on the color in the Fill section.
3. In the Linear or Radial tab, set up the gradient for your text.
4. To create a gradient animation, switch to the Animate tab and click New animation -> Custom -> Color.
5. Choose between linear and radial gradients and adjust color stops to create your perfect blend.

• Bug fix: Fixed an issue where the selection box sometimes wouldn’t appear during rectangle selection.
• Bug fix: Fixed a server export bug that could cause exporting files with special characters in their names to fail.
• Bug fix: Improved comment input so words no longer break awkwardly in the middle — we now keep them intact whenever possible.
