Bezier controls for curved paths

You now have full control over the movement of your layers with Bezier handles for curved paths. When you add a curve to a motion path, Bezier controls will let you pull and angle the curve on either side of a point to get the exact motion you want.

Here's where you can find the feature in Jitter:

  1. Select a layer you'd like to animate, switch to the Animate tab, click New animation, and select Custom -> Move.
  2. Check the Bezier controls box.
  3. Drag the handles to sculpt the curve exactly how you want it!

Whether you're aiming for smooth, flowing motion or sharp, deliberate turns, Bezier handles give you the control to make it happen.

Other improvements

  • Improved audio placement: Audio tracks will now be added at the current point on the timeline, and not at the beginning of your animation.
  • Bug fix: We've fixed a bug where the timeline could disappear after duplicating a template.
